By accessing and using Loco Daily at locodaily.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Loco Daily is a free, browser-based daily puzzle game featuring locomotive and railway-themed challenges. A new set of puzzles is published each day. The game does not require registration or an account to play. Game progress is stored locally on your device using browser local storage.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for its intended purpose — playing the daily puzzle game and viewing associated content. You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the game
- Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the Site
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality or servers
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Site's content without permission
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to the game design, puzzle mechanics, SVG train illustrations, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Loco Daily or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The train silhouette artwork, puzzle data, and game mechanics are original works. Station photographs used in the game are sourced from Wikimedia Commons under applicable licences.
You may share your game results (score summaries) on social media or other platforms. This does not grant any licence to reproduce other Site content.
5. User-Generated Content
Loco Daily does not currently support user accounts, comments, or user-generated content. If such features are added in the future, these Terms will be updated accordingly.
6. Third-Party Advertising
The Site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These advertisements are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of puzzle content, historical facts, or geographical information presented in the game.
